TERMS OF AGREEMENT

At Studio Speaking LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional services and experiences to our valued clients. In line with this commitment, we have established the following policy.

No Refunds: There are no refunds for the VIP Speaker Studio Experience service and event.
Because we coordinate with and make advance payments to our trusted vendors to deliver your service, we are unable to accommodate refunds.

While refunds are not available, we may be able to provide credit for future events or services, depending on the circumstances and our discretion. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Commitment to Excellence: We strive to deliver unparalleled value and support to every participant in our programs. Our team invests significant time, effort, and resources into crafting and delivering high-quality experiences designed to empower and enhance the skills of our clients.

Event Cancellation Policy: In the event that we must cancel the scheduled event for any reason, you will be automatically rescheduled to participate in the next available event. If you are unavailable for the next event, you will have the opportunity to be featured at a subsequent event at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Rescheduling Policy: In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent your attendance, rescheduling will be accommodated when possible. Refunds are not offered; however, you may apply your participation to a subsequent VIP Speaker Studio event, based on availability.

Income & Results Disclaimer: Studio Speaking, including the VIP Speaker Studio Experience and all related programs and events, makes no guarantees regarding income, sales, client acquisition, or speaking engagement bookings.

Any results referenced in our materials are illustrative examples only, and individual results will vary. Testimonials reflect the experiences of participants who were proactive in their follow-through and are not typical — your results may differ.

Your success depends largely on factors within your own control — including whether you follow up on leads, actively use the assets and resources we provide, and engage with the Studio Speaking community by networking and collaborating with fellow speakers, coaches, and authors. Nothing shared through our programs constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. By participating in any Studio Speaking program or event, you accept full responsibility for your own results and agree that Studio Speaking and its affiliates are not liable for any outcomes arising from your participation.

Release: I (Speaker) hereby authorize Studio Speaking LLC to edit, change, copy, and make any use of all photographs and videos of me to be used for promotional materials. I (Speaker) hereby acknowledge that I will not be entitled to payment or any sort of charge for such action. I (Speaker) authorize Studio Speaking LLC to use my photographs and videos on the internet, social media, magazines, journals, blogs, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for lawful purposes. I (Speaker) hereby release Eric F. King & Studio Speaking LLC all rights to any, but not limited to, claims, rights, demands, and/or any causes of action by me or my representatives, heirs, or anyone else. Furthermore, I (Speaker) hereby waive my right to any royalty or any other compensation for the usage of the photos, videos, or likeness referred to in this agreement.

Non-Transferable: Any payments made for the VIP Speaker Studio Experience services or events are non-transferable to other individuals or entities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Virgina. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the courts of Prince William County, Virginia. 

By engaging with Eric F. King and Studio Speaking LLC, you agree to abide by this Policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings.
